Mexico is known for its beaches and oceans, but when Heather and Brian go to Mexico (which is a lot) they’ve spent no time on beaches or in oceans, but lots of time on water. Pictured to the right they are scooting around the lake in Valle de Bravo in the State of Mexico. There are similar photos of them on Lake Pátzcuaro, Michoacán, and in Celestún, Yucatan (which is technically a river).
The most remarkable water, though, is in the cenotes of the Yucatan hidden below the earth. Guided by burro and local children, they love these spelunking adventures down rickety ladders and Tarzanic ropes to pools of pristine water where they snorkel and cave
dive. There will be no diving on or off the FantaSea One. Also no ladders or ropes – opt for the elevator, or walk the plank!
